Do I need an account to upload an image?
No. Open the page, drop an image onto the upload area or pick a file, and the link appears straight away. There is nothing to sign up for.
Which formats and sizes are supported?
JPG, PNG and GIF up to 5 MB. There is also a resolution ceiling of 40 megapixels, which keeps deliberately oversized images from exhausting the server. The format is checked by reading the file, not by trusting its extension.
How long are uploaded images kept?
There is no expiry. A file stays up as long as it does not break the rules. We do not delete images automatically, and you do not have to visit the site to keep a link alive.
Can I use the link on a forum or a blog?
Yes, that is what the service is for. You get a direct link to the file, which works inside an image tag on a forum, in a social network or in a messenger.
How do I delete an image I uploaded?
You cannot remove it yourself — the service has no user area. Write to abuse@zizihub.com with the link and we will delete the image.
Do uploaded images show up in search engines?
No. Direct image links are disallowed for crawlers in robots.txt, so uploaded files are not indexed.
Do you record who uploaded a file?
Yes, the IP address and the time are stored with each upload. That is what makes it possible to act on complaints and block abusers. We collect nothing else and share it with nobody.
Does it cost anything?
No, the image hosting is entirely free. No upload fee, no subscription and no cap on how many files you upload.
How do I upload a screenshot?
The same way as any photo: take the screen capture, drag the file onto the page or pick it with the button. The direct link to the image appears as soon as the upload finishes, ready to send anywhere.
What is not allowed?
Pornography, drug-related material and any other unlawful content. Such files are removed and the uploading address is blocked. Report anything you find to abuse@zizihub.com.
